Our Commitment


All items that appear in our showroom or online gallery are checked for quality, style and condition to ensure we continue to offer the best service for our valued customers.

Start by emailing photos of your items to [email protected]

If you can include any relevant information, such as brand, condition, purchase date and price that can be helpful for evaluating your piece. Please also include a phone number that our viewer may reach you at.

Both in-home and in-store viewings are available depending on the pieces you are looking to consign, with a $50 fee for in-home viewing. Please call 403-253-7880 to schedule an in-home viewing and/or to arrange an in-store meeting.

Items can also be brought into our showroom for viewing Monday through Friday from 10am-4pm. Please call beforehand.


Pricing depends on several factors, including quality, condition, style, and age. Our 20 years experience and market knowledge allows us to put the best possible price on your furniture.


The consignor receives 50% of the sale price on items over $100 and 40% on items under $100. Checks will be ready for pickup on the 16th of the month for sales made in the previous month.

Length of Consignment

Items are displayed in our showroom for 3 months. Prices are reduced by 10% after 30 days and then again after 60. Typically items sell before this point, but if it remains longer than 90 days it may be sold for up to 50% off. If we are unable to sell your piece at this price we will contact you to discuss donating or returning your item.

Getting it here once accepted

We offer furniture pick-up of all consigned items from your Calgary home for a nominal fee. Contact us for additional details. Drop-off is available by calling to make an appointment, ensuring a furniture mover is available to assist you.
